Salon Finder - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our online platform dedicated to listing salon businesses and connecting customers with beauty treatments. Before you proceed to use our services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Service: Our online platform provides a directory of salon businesses offering various beauty treatments. We facilitate the connection between customers seeking beauty services and salon businesses providing them.

3. Listing Guidelines and Brand-Specific Requirements:
Salon businesses must meet our listing guidelines to be featured on our platform. These guidelines may include requirements related to the quality of services offered, business licenses, certifications, and compliance with local regulations. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listings that do not comply with our guidelines. Additionally, specific brand requirements for Bio Sculpture, Nouveau Lashes, HD Brows, and Footlogix listings must be adhered to as follows:

**Bio Sculpture Listing:**
1. Salon businesses listing Bio Sculpture services must have successfully completed the relevant Bio Sculpture training, ie. Bio Gel, Evo Gel, Bio Lengthening, etc.
2. Stock and offer the minimum required products to provide an authentic Bio Sculpture service, including Bio Sculpture Treatment Gels (Base, Strength/Builder, and Top Coat Gels), at least 10 Bio/Evo Gel colors, and use a Bio Sculpture curing lamp.
3. Exclusively use Bio Sculpture products when a customer books in for a Bio Sculpture service through the salon finder, which includes the use of Bio Sculpture Base Gels, Colour Gels, and Top Coats.
4. Ensure regular purchases of Bio Sculpture gel products (Bio Gel and Evo Gel Treatments and Colours) from the Bio Beauty Concepts website within a 12-month period. Failure to engage in regular activity may result in removal of the salon finder listing.
5. Ensure you are up-to-date woth the latest training by regualrly attending training either in-class or online every 24 months.
6. If you onsell any retail products via an online website, you must ensure products are sold for no less than the reccomended retail price (RRP).

**Nouveau Lashes Listing:**
1. Salon businesses listing Nouveau Lashes services must have successfully completed the relevant Nouveau Lashes training, ie. LVL, CeraLash Lift, Extensions.
2. Stock and offer the minimum required products to provide an authentic Nouveau Lashes service, including a range of Nouveau Lashes LVL core products.
3. Exclusively use Nouveau Lashes products when a customer books in for a Nouveau Lashes service through the salon finder, including LVL and other Nouveau Lashes branded products.
4. Ensure regular purchases of Nouveau Lashes LVL products from the Bio Beauty Concepts website within a 12-month period. Failure to engage in regular activity may result in removal of the salon finder listing.
5. If you onsell any retail products via an online website, you must ensure products are sold for no less than the reccomended retail price (RRP).

**HD Brows Listing:**
1. Salon businesses listing HD Brows services must have successfully completed the relevant HD Brows training, ie. HD Brows, BrowSculpt, Colour Expert.
2. Stock and offer the minimum required products to provide an authentic HD Brows service, including a range of HD Brows professional and retail products.
3. Exclusively use HD Brows products when a customer books in for an HD Brows service through the salon finder.
4. Ensure regular purchases of HD Brows products from the Bio Beauty Concepts website within a 12-month period. Failure to engage in regular activity may result in removal of the salon finder listing.
5. If you onsell any retail products via an online website, you must ensure products are sold for no less than the reccomended retail price (RRP).

**Footlogix Listing:**
1. Salon businesses listing Footlogix services must have successfully completed relevant professional training in order to offer Footlogix.
2. Stock and offer the minimum required products to provide an authentic Footlogix Medi Pedi service, including a range of Footlogix professional and retail products.
3. Exclusively use Footlogix products when a customer books in for a Footlogix pedicure service through the salon finder.
4. Ensure regular purchases of Footlogix products from the Bio Beauty Concepts website within a 12-month period. Failure to engage in regular activity may result in removal of the salon finder listing.
5. If you onsell any retail products via an online website, you must ensure products are sold for no less than the reccomended retail price (RRP).

4. Accuracy of Information: While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our platform, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings or content provided by salon businesses. Customers are encouraged to verify the information provided directly with the salon business before making any decisions or appointments.

5. User Conduct: Users of our platform agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and to refrain from engaging in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the operation of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting false or misleading information, attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, or engaging in any form of unauthorized data collection.

6. Intellectual Property: All content and materials available on our platform, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and software, are the property of our company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on such content without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links: Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access such links at their own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our platform or the services provided by salon businesses listed therein. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way related to their use of our platform or violation of these terms and conditions.

10. Public Listing Consent: By providing information for brand-specific listings, salon businesses give permission for the provided information to be publicly listed on the www.biobeautyconcepts.com.au and specific brand websites salon finders. Salon businesses also agree to inform the Bio Beauty Concepts team of any changes to the provided details, cessation of offering Bio Beauty Concepts products and/or services, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

11. Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically for any updates.

12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales, Australia.
